Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and this BOJA. A public call is made for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, for subsidies to Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs) that carry out international cooperation interventions for development by the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation, in accordance with the purposes, maximum amounts and budget items specified below, in accordance with the maximum global budget allocation, which amounts to €12,130,816.00, and budget distribution by purpose, approved by Resolution, of January 24, 2025, of the person in charge of the Directorate of the Andalusian Agency for International Development Cooperation, (BOJA no. 19 of January 29, 2025). Consequently, the budget allocation assigned to a purpose that is not compromised may be accumulated with the remaining ones. In accordance with the provisions of article 10.d) of Decree 282/2010, of May 4, which approves the Regulation of the Procedures for the Granting of Subsidies of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, for the aforementioned lines of subsidies, in addition to the maximum total amount indicated in this call, a maximum additional amount may be available for the difference between the amount currently available and the amount finally resulting from the distribution of the tax allocation of 0.7% of the Personal Income Tax and the Corporate Tax carried out by the Territorial Council of Social Services and the System for Autonomy and Dependency Care; The application of this additional amount to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call. The effectiveness of this additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, prior approval, if necessary, of the budget modification that proceeds at a time prior, in any case, to the resolution to grant the subsidy. The declaration of available credits, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, will not imply the opening of a period for the presentation of new applications, nor the beginning of a new calculation of the period to dictate and notify the resolution.
