Extract from the Call for subsidies for youth entities for the year 2025 BDNS: 813367 Extract from the agreement of the Executive Council of the Consell Mallorca, in a session of March 12, 2025 of the Department of the Presidency of the Consell de Mallorca regarding the call for subsidies for youth entities for the year 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, publishes the extract of the call, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/813367). Purpose of the call Youth entities play a strategic role, since they constitute an essential tool to channel the concerns, needs and interests of young people. Likewise, these entities contribute to implementing actions that coincide with the strategic objectives of the youth policies of the Consell de Mallorca, facilitating the creation of support networks and programs adapted to local needs. For this reason, this call aims to promote youth organization and young associations, as the main tool for collective empowerment, adapting resources to the reality and objectives of youth entities on the island of Mallorca. And to this end, we want to allocate financing for carrying out activities and current expenses of the entities, such as, among others, those of program personnel, general associative action plans or action projects, executed in the territorial area of ​​the island of Mallorca. Beneficiary entities The federations, associations of associations and similar educational leisure, youth entities and entities providing services to youth, which are legally constituted and registered in the Island Census of Youth Entities of the Consell de Mallorca before the publication of this call in the BOIB, can participate in this call for subsidies. In the cases of youth sections, leisure centers, groups and/or entities that are part of second-level organizations, if the parent or federative entity of which they are a part requests a subsidy, the member entities or groups cannot request a subsidy individually. Eligible actions and expenses Presentation of a project of actions that promotes or develops activities, programs or associative action plans regarding: Development of healthy habits that contribute to the physical, emotional and mental well-being of youth. Training of the entity's staff for the detection and prevention of mental health problems and for the detection of situations of abuse that children and adolescents may suffer. Promotion of understanding and respect towards diversity and neurodivergències. Personal and social development in the acquisition of values ​​such as democracy, solidarity, tolerance and mutual respect, and prevention of any type of discrimination. Promotion of volunteering and youth participation. Promotion of gender equality or positive actions to fill gaps in feminist knowledge. The eligible expenses in this call are the following: a) Rental of the premises, warehouses and offices of the entity. b) Financial lease, without purchase option, of movable property, computer equipment, photocopiers or similar directly attributable to the associative project presented. c) Supply costs: electricity, water, heating/air conditioning, telephone, fax, Internet, and other periodically paid supplies. e) Expenses of consumable material. f) Expenses derived from merchandising that unequivocally respond directly to the associative project presented. And advertising expenses of the associative project presented and the activities that may arise. g) The accident and civil liability insurance that covers the associative project presented. h) Salary cost of structural personnel who directly participate in the project presented. y) Expenses for labor, legal, financial and quality advice. j) Training expenses for people who are unequivocally part of the associative project presented, for the improvement of the entity and the tasks they carry out. k) Transportation and maintenance expenses of people and d
