Subsidies for youth activities (C-06/25)

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit youth associations and entities in the youth field domiciled in the municipality, legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities and in the Census of youth entities of the General Directorate of Youth of the Generalitat of Catalonia, which in their proposal of activities intend to intervene in any of the purposes that are the object of the subsidy, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, cannot obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases. Non-profit entities and associations that sign with the Mataró City Council an agreement regulating a nominative subsidy, included in the municipal budget, to carry out their annual activity programs, will not be able to obtain a subsidy in accordance with the provisions of these particular bases and the specific ones that approve each program for the same activities/programs included in the agreement regulating the nominative subsidy, nor by another head in the event that the specific bases provide for exclusion. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of subsidies to youth entities for the development of activities open to the participation of the youth population (from 16 to 29 years old) of the city, which are carried out in Mataró and whose purpose is: a) Improve the information and guidance of the young people of Mataró for their emancipation process. b) Develop leisure activities that promote healthy habits. c) Move towards a new model of cohesive society based on actions that promote equality, coexistence and civility. d) Promote and energize the youth associative fabric and its visibility in the city. Excluded are those activities that complement the offer of educational activities in the leisure of children and adolescents (such as reception, extracurricular activities, canteens, camping, routes or colonies), activities restricted to members or associates of the beneficiary entity and general activities that do not target the youth group of 16 to 29 years. Third. Regulatory Bases: You can consult the text of the Specific Bases and obtain the application form on the City Council website: www.mataro.cat. Room. Amount: The subsidies will be covered by the budget application 820501/231520/48900 of subsidies and agreements for the revitalization and participation of the current municipal budget, up to a maximum amount of 5,963.70 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from 03/18 to 04/07, 2025. The City Council will provide a dossier with the necessary documentation to request and justify the subsidy, which will be available to interested parties and must be presented duly signed within the application submission deadline. Applications and required documentation must be submitted electronically by entities and individuals, using the Electronic Office (https://seu.mataro.cat)
