Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.eres/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary entities Galician local entities that meet the following requirements: 1. Have natural aquatic spaces registered in section I of the Galician Bathing Water Registry, assigned to the competent governing body in matters of public health, or have uncovered aquatic facilities of municipal ownership. 2. Have sent the general account of the local entity, corresponding to the 2023 budget year, to the Accounts Council. Second. Purpose Establish the regulatory bases and the call for subsidies for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, intended to finance the expenses incurred by Galician local entities for the provision of surveillance, rescue and rescue services in natural aquatic spaces and/or open aquatic facilities of municipal ownership Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 27, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to local entities in Galicia, under a competitive competition regime, for the provision of surveillance, rescue and rescue services in natural aquatic spaces and uncovered aquatic facilities and calls for applications for the year 2025. Fourth. Amount For the granting of this aid, credit is allocated for a total amount of one million five hundred thousand euros (€1,500,000.00) charged to budget item 05.06.212A.460.2 project code 2025 00017 corresponding to the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, in accordance with the General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications One month, counted from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day, and if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the day of publication, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month.
