Subsidies aimed at local entities in Castilla-La Mancha for the preparation of municipal civil protection plans for 2025.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries The municipalities of Castilla-La Mancha that have the obligation to prepare a municipal emergency territorial plan (Platemun) or municipal action plan (Pam), special or specific, may have the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, in accordance with current regulations. For these purposes, current regulations will be understood to be those made up of the Territorial Emergency Plan of Castilla-La Mancha (Platecam) as well as the rest of the regional civil protection plans, special or specific, approved in Castilla-La Mancha, and their corresponding approving regulations. Second. Purpose This resolution calls for, on a competitive basis, subsidies directed to the municipalities of Castilla-La Mancha for the preparation of their Territorial Municipal Emergency Plan (Platemun) and other Municipal Action Plans (Pam) that they have the obligation to prepare in accordance with current regulations. The subsidies contemplated in this resolution have the purpose of improving the coordination and optimization of the resources of those agents involved in municipal and regional civil protection. Third. Legal regime The subsidies referred to in this resolution, in addition to what is provided for in it, will be governed by Order 42/2023, of February 28, of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at local entities in Castilla-La Mancha for the preparation of municipal civil protection plans, as well as by the basic precepts contained in the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in its Development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, and as established in the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2002, of November 19, and in Decree 21/2008, of February 5, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Consolidated Text of the Castilla-La Mancha Finance Law on subsidies. Likewise, Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector and Decree 12/2010, of March 16, which regulates the use of electronic media in the activity of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha Fourth, are also applicable. Financing The maximum total amount of this call amounts to 132,500 euros (one hundred and thirty-two thousand five hundred euros), which will be allocated to budget item 15090000G/221A/46000 of the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for this call will be fifteen business days, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
