Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals or groups that work or wish to get started in some cultural field. Second. Object. The object of this call is the granting of subsidies for the promotion of cultural creation in the municipality of Zumaia. The purpose of these subsidies is to help all Zumaiarras who wish to develop specific creative processes aimed at creating works of art, as well as those people interested in the development of this type of projects linked to this municipality. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Room. Amount. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 1 0300.480.334.00.01 2025 (2273) Creation aid: €6,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications may be submitted in person or electronically by natural persons and only electronically by legal entities: In person, applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Telematically, by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: A first payment of 70% of the subsidy granted upon notification of the resolution. Second payment: the remaining 30% after the presentation of the documentation required to justify the subsidy.
