Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b. and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (http://www.dphuesca.es/convocatoriasubvenciones). First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons that are not public administrations that are holders of property, possession or usufruct rights over land in the province of Huesca that meet all the requirements demanded in the call. Second. Object. The granting of subsidies to individuals or legal entities that are not public administrations aimed at promoting the cultivation of the black truffle. Third. Regulatory bases. The General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huesca, approved by Plenary Agreement of December 3, 2020 and published in BOP No. 18 dated January 29, 2021 and subsequent modifications. Room. Amount. The maximum amount of subsidies to be granted by the Provincial Council of Huesca amounts to €160,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be accompanied by the documentation listed in clause six of the call.
