First. Regulatory Bases. Approve the call for a scholarship for training technical personnel in the field of "monitoring of agro-sustainable practices in the vineyard under a scenario of global climate warming (soil, climate and plant material). The main objective of this scholarship is to promote the acquisition of knowledge and practical skills essential for the controlled management of the soil and the vineyard in a context of climate change, promoting the adoption of sustainable agro-environmental practices. Framed in the fundamental objective of obtaining high quality grapes, different strategies will be investigated. soil management, such as the use of new vegetable mulches and biochar obtained from by-products of vine cultivation, applied both in the rows and in the streets of the vineyard. In addition, clones of the main varieties of the D.O.Ca. Rioja will be studied, using advanced instrumentation to measure and monitor key variables such as soil humidity, the water status of the vineyard and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. of sap and pressure chambers, among others. Third. Beneficiaries. Due to the characteristics of the purpose of the scholarship, people with a Higher Degree in Viticulture and a Higher Degree in related agricultural qualifications may apply for this training scholarship, who must meet the requirements determined in article 2 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population.
