Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of February 21, 2025 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, which approves the call for subsidies for Public Subsidies for Innovation in the City of Valencia 2025, València Innovation Capital In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/816464): First. Beneficiary Persons: Natural persons registered with the RETA, Mutual Funds or similar, legal entities that act as businessmen or professionals, non-profit entities, foundations, NGOs, universities or academies, technological institutes and research centers and public companies and entities linked to or dependent on Public Administrations will be able to access this line of subsidies. All of them must carry out the subsidized activities in the municipality of València. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to support the realization of ideas, products, services, initiatives and projects, all of them innovative from any field, sector, activity, source of knowledge, technology, propeller of the innovation ecosystem or alliance formed between them, that provide a novel solution for the market and for society and that can demonstrate their potential impact on improving people's lives and the economic, digital and innovative development of the city of València, solving existing challenges in the city of Valencia. Completed studies or projects, products or services already developed and that are fully in their commercial phase, as well as those projects and initiatives that do not demonstrate their innovative nature, will not be subject to the call. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), made final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16), and Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Room. Amount: The total amount destined to cover the subsidies amounts to 1,000,000 euros. The maximum amount of aid to be granted will be 100,000 euros per project. To guarantee the selected projects the development of their objectives and the start-up and operation, an advance payment will be made for 75% of the concession amount once the concession resolution has been approved and the payment of the remaining 25% once the total justification of the project has been presented and approved. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Others: Documentation to be submitted: Along with the standardized application model, which will be available on the municipal website www.valencia.es, the following documentation must be accompanied: In all cases: Annex I Model of the project's descriptive report, Annex II, Annex III and Annex IV. Additionally: All the documentation required in clause 7.2 of the call, depending on the legal form of the applicant.
