CALL FOR THE GRANT OF INDIVIDUALIZED ECONOMIC BENEFITS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL SERVICES: HOUSING USE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR 2025

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First: Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid will be people registered in the municipality of Mislata, with a minimum seniority of one year, who do not have sufficient income to cover the minimum subsistence expenses and have a home under ownership or any other form of possession valid by law (rent, transfer...). Taking into account the nature of the aid object of these bases and the directed purpose which is to promote coexistence and help maintain the well-being conditions of people with serious economic difficulties in the municipality, the exception is established for compliance with the conditions of the beneficiaries. that establishes art. 13.2 of the General Subsidies Law. Second: Object The object of these bases is the regulation of the granting of individualized economic benefits in terms of social services through competitive competition aimed at individuals or family units to remedy a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect their personal, social and economic autonomy, and that they cannot resolve with their own economic means, in order to achieve their normal human and social development. The benefits will cover the following concept: - Essential expenses for the use of the habitual residence. They can be requested a maximum of twice a year to cover the payment of rent or mortgage loan, electricity, water and gas. Financing and amount of subsidies The present aid will be financed from item 2310.48000 of the Municipal Budget. The maximum amount planned for this aid amounts to €485,000. The granting of this aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting decision. The form of justification for this aid is carried out prior to its granting through the documentation required for this purpose, so that the constitution of guarantees by the beneficiaries is not required either, in accordance with art. 34 of the General Subsidy Law The amount to be granted will depend on the per capita income of the family unit and will be in accordance with the provisions of sections 3 and 11 of the call. The granting resolutions may be issued in order of submission of applications once the verifications of concurrence of the eligible situation and compliance with the rest of the required requirements have been carried out, until the budgetary credit assigned in the call has been exhausted. Fifth deadline for submitting applications. 1st Call: for one month, counting from the business day immediately following the publication of the extract of the call. 2nd Call: From June 1 to 30, 2025.
