PUBLIC CALL UNDER COMPETITIVE COMPETITION REGIME FOR THE REFORM OF LOCAL OFFICES IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMORA

Official description of the call

ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http:/www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bndnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries The Provincial Council of Zamora proceeds to the public call for subsidies between the Local Entities of the province of Zamora, with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Second. Object The Provincial Council of Zamora proceeds to the public call for subsidies between the Local Entities of the province of Zamora, with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, for the execution of those works aimed at the renovation of local clinics in Municipalities of the Province of Zamora and specifically works of installation and air conditioning, lighting, energy efficiency, accessibility, thermal envelope (roofs, windows...), masonry, etc. The renovation of several local offices of the Municipality will be financed, but it must appear in a single application. Third. Regulatory bases By Agreement of the Government Board dated February 26, 2025, the regulatory bases are approved, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the notice board of the Provincial Council of Zamora. Fourth.- Amount. The amount allocated to the granting of subsidies to carry out the actions planned in this call will be 2,000,000 euros charged to budget item 32. 312.0 762.00. The Zamora Provincial Council will finance a maximum of 90% of those works that are selected until the total amount authorized for this purpose has been exhausted, and the City Councils must commit to making at least a 10% contribution in the event that they are beneficiaries of the subsidy. The beneficiary Town Councils that result from applying the selection and assessment criteria established in the tenth base, will obtain a maximum of €20,000.00 in subsidy. Fifth.- Deadline for Submitting Applications The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of its extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora. The application and other documents corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zamora, through the corresponding electronic procedure (http://diputaciondezamora.sedelectronica.es).
