Beneficiaries. The sports federations of Castilla y León and the sports clubs that, on the date of publication of the extract of this order in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León”, are registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Castilla y León may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies that are announced. Second. Object. Call, for the year 2025, on a competitive basis, subsidies for the organization of extraordinary sporting events of a national and international nature in the territory of Castilla y León with the purpose of contributing to expanding the number and quality of sporting events to be held in the Community of Castilla y León to promote sports practice, its dissemination and territorial balance, as well as the stimulation of the social value of sport. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CYT/975/2021, of August 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the organization of extraordinary sporting events of a national and international nature in the territory of Castilla y León, published in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” no. September 16, 2021 and modification by Order CYT 407/2024, of May 6, published in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” No. 90 of May 10, 2024). Room. Amount of subsidies. The total amount of the credit allocated is €1,000,000. The amount of the subsidy for each beneficiary may reach 100% of the requested amount, being calculated according to the assessment criteria established in article 9 of the order establishing the regulatory bases and in section eight of the call order. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León”. Sixth. Delegation of powers. The competence to resolve requests relating to modifications is delegated to the General Director of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
