Call for Poster Contest of the XLV Olive Festival

Official description of the call

First: Object. The Department of Culture of the Hon. Martos City Council announces, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, the Poster Contest of the XLV Olive Festival. Second: Beneficiaries. All natural persons, of legal age, residents or born in the European Union, who wish to participate, may participate in the contest. Those who are in the cases contemplated in article 2 of the full text of the Call are expressly excluded from this call. Third: Regulatory Bases. This Call will be regulated by the General Ordinance for the Granting of Municipal Subsidies (Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén number 243, dated December 21, 2015), as well as specifically by the full text of the Call, which can be consulted in the BDNS (https://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the municipal website (https://www.martos.es). Fourth: Amount and Budget Application. Prize amount: 600 euros. Budget Application: 3300.489.00 Cultural Awards and Competitions. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for admission and reception of works will begin from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BOP of Jaén, with the deadline being June 13, 2025. Sixth: Other information of interest. Mandatory Documentation: that established in article 4 of the full text of the Call. Compatibility: The financial amounts of these prizes are compatible with any other subsidies, aid, income or resources from any public administrations or entities, public or private, national, from the European Union or from international organizations that could be granted to the beneficiary after the granting of these prizes. Obligations of the Beneficiary: those established in article 9 of the full text of the Call. Assessment Criteria: those established in article 7 of the full text of the Call. Payment Method: The prize will be cashed in a single payment. Justification: For the purposes of justifying the prize, the provisions of article 30.7 of the LGS will be applicable, that is, since the prizes are awarded based on the occurrence of a certain situation of the recipient, they do not require further justification. The acts that must be notified will be published on the website of the Martos City Council https://www.martos.es and in the Official Gazette of the Province, under the terms of article 45.1.b) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
