1. Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2025 for the granting of subsidies regulated in these regulatory bases will be €10,000 and will be the responsibility of budget applications 1/2310/48000. 3. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidies The purpose of this call is to regulate the subsidies intended to support the schooling of the municipality's children and their families for the 2025-2026 school year. These subsidies are intended to cover expenses derived from the schooling of children at the preschool, primary and compulsory secondary education levels of families registered in Viladecavalls who attend publicly owned centers. 4. Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies regulated in the regulatory bases will be the competitive competition procedure. The extract of the call that will govern this procedure will be published through the National Subsidies Database and in the BOPB. 5. Requirements for the application and how to accredit them 1.- Natural persons who must carry out the activity on which they are granted may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: -Any family with children from 3 to 16 years old, who are registered in the municipality of Viladecavalls and enrolled in public educational centers. Requirements for applicants: - Not having been sentenced by a final judgment to the penalty of losing the possibility of obtaining subsidies or public aid. - Not having tax residence in a country or territory classified by regulation as a tax haven. - Not having been subject to any firm resolution of a sanctioning nature in relation to the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies according to this General Subsidy Law or the General Tax Law. - Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. - Be aware of the part that corresponds to paying for the concept for which assistance is requested. 2.- The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documents indicated in the following article. 6. Documents that must accompany the application In order for the applications to be considered and evaluated together with the standardized application model (Annex 1), the following documentation must be attached within the period established to do so: 1. Financial documentation of all members of the family unit aged 16 years or older: - Salaried: Personal income tax return - Unemployed: SEPE certificate with the amount of the benefit and/or subsidy received. - Pensioner: pension certificate for the current year. - Self-employed/entrepreneurs: Personal income tax return - The last mortgage or rent receipt for the student's residence. 2. Identification data: - DNI, NIE or passport of the applicant and the persons aged 16 years or older who live in the family unit. - Collective registration flyer (Verification by the City Council) Model sworn declaration of compliance with requirements.
