CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS FOR THE FINANCING OF DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION PROJECTS 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Huesca https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/ First. Beneficiaries Non-governmental organizations, associations and non-profit entities, based in the province of Huesca, whose purposes include development cooperation and that meet all the requirements demanded in this call, may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to contribute to the financing of development cooperation projects in countries with high levels of poverty, which directly respond to the coverage of basic needs of the population of said countries and/or increase the development capacity of the people and communities therein. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Huesca, the initial text of which was published in BOP no. 18, dated January 29, 2021, modified in the terms provided in Bulletins nos. 120 and 138, of June 25 and July 21, 2021, respectively; nos. 44 and 166, of March 4 and August 20, 2022, respectively; no. 80, of May 2, 2023; no. 63, April 2, 2024; nos. 108 and 125, of June 6 and July 1, 2024, respectively; and no. 21, February 3, 2025. Fourth. Amount The total amount of this call amounts to €240,000, which will be allocated to the following budget applications for the year 2025 (R.C. 2025.2.0004630.000): - 73.2312.488000 (€90,000 current expense) - 73.2312.788000 (€150,000 investment expense) Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information Minimum documentation to present in the subsidy application (see call): - Model S1. Grant application. - If the application is not signed with a certificate of representative of the entity, accreditation of the representation. - Model S2. Project income and expense budget. - Explanatory detail of the different types of planned expenses and their relationship with the scheduled activities. - Model S3. Explanatory report of the project stating the name, definition, geographical location and beneficiaries of the project, also indicating the person who coordinates the project and the place in the province where said coordination is carried out, the cost of the program and the amount requested and operational objectives pursued. - Copy of the Statutes. - Accreditation of the existence during 2025 of a headquarters in the province of Huesca through a certificate dated 2025 from the appropriate Registry of Associations. In the event of not being able to provide said accreditation, the Registry in which said headquarters is recorded must be communicated so that the information can be collected by this Corporation, it being understood, in that case, that this Provincial Council is authorized to request the same. - Summary model attached to this call. This model must expressly include the forecast for the number of beneficiaries of the project. - Certificate from the Treasury Delegation certifying that it is up to date with compliance with tax obligations, unless it is already in the possession of the Provincial Council, is valid and is indicated in the application. Said certificate may be replaced by an express authorization, through the application form (Model S1), so that the Provincial Council can obtain it through telematic means. - Certificate from the General Treasury of Social Security proving that it is up to date with its obligations, unless it is already in the possession of the Provincial Council, is valid and is indicated in the application.
