Official description of the call

1. Purpose of the subsidy. -It is the object of these rules to regulate the aid that the Beasain City Council will grant both for the ordinary operating expenses of the Women's, Feminist and LGTBI Associations and for the development of specific programs and/or services aimed at promoting equality between women and men. -The programs or activities must be carried out on a non-profit basis, they will have the municipal area of ​​Beasain as their development framework or, if they are developed outside this municipal area, they must have as beneficiaries people registered in the municipality of Beasain; and must be developed during the year corresponding to the call for the subsidy. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations. Registration in the corresponding Public Registry must be at least one year in advance of the date of publication of this call in the "OFFICIAL BULLETIN of Gipuzkoa". The Associations must have their registered office, representation or permanent administrative structure in Beasain. The beneficiary entities must comply with the following obligations: A) Develop the activity or program in the municipality of Beasain, in the year in which the aid is granted B) Accredit to the City Council, the completion of the activity and compliance with the requirements determined in each case. submit to the inspection tasks carried out by the Beasain City Council and not hinder municipal verification actions. All advertising carried out for subsidized activities, including ordinary operating expenses, must state the collaboration of the City Council by including the municipal shield. F) Ensure compliance with the municipal Ordinance to promote and normalize the use of Euskara. 3. Amount of the subsidy The programs and activities for the promotion of equality specified below will be eligible for subsidies, taking into account the framework of the Plan for the Equality of Women and Men of Beasain, and the Plan for Equality between Women and Men of the CAE. 2 subsidy lines are established: Line 1: Ordinary operating expenses of the women's, feminist and LGTBI associations of Beasain, such as maintenance of facilities and equipment, activities aimed at the training and empowerment of members. The total amount allocated for this concept is €8,000.00. Line 2: Projects aimed at the citizens of Beasain to promote equality between women and men. The total amount allocated for this concept is €8,000.00. The maximum amount that can be requested for each subsidy line is €6,000.00. In the event that the amount allocated to the projects presented by women, feminist and LGTBI associations in the first line of subsidy is not exhausted, the amount not awarded may be distributed among the projects of the second line of subsidy, provided that the maximum amount of €6,000 per project is not exceeded. The following are excluded from the call: a.- Projects that constitute exclusively leisure activities. b.- Projects that do not incorporate the gender perspective. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications Deadline: Once approved by the Full City Council, they will be sent to the BDNS and after their publication in the BOG, the deadline for submitting applications will begin, which will be one month from the day following the publication of the bases in the BOG. Method: The application must be submitted according to the model contained in Annex 1 of these bases, accompanied by the documents indicated below.
