CALL 2025 FOR THE GRANTING OF FINANCIAL AID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SCHOOL MATERIALS

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Male and female students registered in the Amorebieta-Etxano Register for at least the last twelve uninterrupted months prior to the submission of this application and who are pursuing second cycle studies in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the aid that will be granted by the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council in order to provide financial support to families registered in the municipality of Amorebieta-Etxano, to contribute to the acquisition of school supplies, for access to the second cycle curriculum of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, and Compulsory Secondary Education. The applicable legal regime is that established by the General Law of Subsidies 38/2003, the regulations for the development of the law, Royal Decree 887/2006, and the Ordinance regulating Subsidies of the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council and the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for the granting of financial aid for the acquisition of school supplies. The procedure is that of direct concession for reasons of social and economic interest. Third. Regulatory bases The City Council of Amorebieta-Etxano in an Ordinary Plenary Session held on February 24, 2017 agreed to definitively approve the Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for the granting of financial aid for the acquisition of school supplies, publishing the text in the B.O.B. No. 49, dated March 11, 2019. Fourth. Amount These aids have a budget provision contemplated in the 2025 municipal budget, in item 2311 48000 with a provision of 30,000 euros Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications The applications, addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, must be submitted to the Citizen Service, through the electronic headquarters of the Amorebieta-Etxano City Council or by any of the means indicated in Art. 16 of Law 39/15, of the Common Administrative Procedure, formalized in the official model (E102). Along with this request, the following documentation must be provided: a) Original purchase invoice from the Amorebieta-Etxano business, in the name of the enrolled student. b) In case of separation or divorce, court ruling and agreement on regulatory measures regarding minor sons and daughters. The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 business days from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia. The coexistence unit requesting this subsidy must be up to date with payments to the Municipal Treasury of Amorebieta-Etxano
