Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The technical, management, administration and services staff (PTGAS), teaching and research staff (PDI) or research staff (PI) of the UCLM may apply for this call, receive their remuneration from Chapter I of the budgets and not be hired under R&D&I projects, and who also meet the rest of the requirements of the call. Second. Object. Financial funds are provided for 30 scholarships within the Erasmus+ Program aimed at Technical Staff in Management and Administration and Services (PTGAS), Teaching Research Staff (PDI) and Research Staff (PI) of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). The aim is to promote short-term stays of the staff of the University of Castilla-La Mancha by carrying out their training either in Erasmus training stays or in Combined Intensive Programs (BIP) for training during the 2024/25 academic year. To do this, the applicant must have been admitted to a higher education institution (Staff Week), a training institution or company or a Combined Intensive Program, during the 2024/25 academic year, and have received approval from the person responsible for the administrative unit or the person responsible for the international mobility coordination of their center. The aid will be used to contribute to the expenses derived from physical mobility to a higher education institution, to an organization or company recognized as such by the competent authorities and located in an EU Member State or a third country associated with the program. The stays will have a minimum duration of two days and a maximum of 30 days and must be carried out between April 30, 2025 and July 31, 2025. Third. Regulatory bases. Specific regulations for the Erasmus+ program and general UCLM mobility regulations and regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The financial allocation of the aid comes from the Erasmus+ program. The concepts and amounts of the aid can be consulted in the fourth base of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will remain open from March 12, 2025 until 2:00 p.m. on March 20, 2025.
