Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: SMEs and property communities, whose activity that is the subject of the project is located in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and belonging to the activity sector: Multisector. SMEs in any sector of activity may benefit from the aid provided for in this call, except those dedicated to fishing, aquaculture and the primary production of agricultural products listed in Annex I of the EU Treaty. Second. Purpose: Aid aimed at participation in fairs, exhibition events and promotions and commercial missions. Action: Multisector Direct Trade Mission to Kenya and Uganda. Dates of the action: From May 11 to 18, 2025. Deadline for carrying out eligible expenses and their payments: from the publication of the call in the BORM until August 18, 2025. Destination country: Kenya (Nairobi) and Uganda (Kampala) Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of April 23, 2024, correction of errors of May 14, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases of the aid of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, aimed at the International Promotion of Companies in the Region of Murcia, through participation in fairs, exhibition and promotional events and trade missions, within the framework of the Business Internationalization Plan 2023-2027, BORM No. 101, May 3, 2024. Fourth. Amount and intensity: The maximum available credit available in the call for participation in this action is 30,400 euros, and up to 60% may be financed with ERDF resources. The amount of aid per beneficiary may not exceed the following limits: Maximum amount: €3,800 gross subsidy Intensity: 70% gross subsidy The number of companies that may be beneficiaries of this call is limited to 8 companies. Fifth. Deadline: The aid application will be submitted electronically. The submission period will be 8 business days, and begins on the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BORM. Sixth. Form of submission of applications: Interested parties, on a mandatory basis, must direct their request to the Presidency of the Development Institute by electronically submitting applications and complementary documentation, in accordance with the model that they will find at the Internet address: https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto Interested parties must submit the application to the Telematic Registry of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. To use this means of presentation, the applicant must have a recognized user certificate issued by a Certification Authority. The list of these Certification Authorities will be available at the Internet address indicated above. Seventh. Other information: This call will be managed by the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. In this action, the fee amounts to €1,700 + VAT, which the applicant companies must pay into the SABADELL-IBAN ES76 0081 5089 3000 0112 4423 account of the Development Institute, indicating MCD A KENYA AND UGANDA in the concept and whose proof of income must be attached to the aid application.
