Resolution 550/MADOC/PC-2025022 of March 25, 2025, of the Lieutenant General of the Training and Doctrine Command, which calls for scholarships to carry out the Master's Degree in Process Management for Digital Transformation, 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: For the granting of this aid, the following requirements and priorities will be taken into account: First: military personnel assigned to the Technical Applications and Processes Section of the Cyberspace Headquarters and the Technical Assistance Services of the Army, military personnel assigned to the Department of Information Systems and Cyberdefense of the Academy of Engineers and military personnel assigned to the Department of Electronic Technologies and Information Systems for Combat of the Higher Polytechnic School of the Land Army. Second: military personnel assigned to the Headquarters of the Logistics Support Command, the Headquarters of the Personnel Command and the Headquarters of Cyberspace and Technical Assistance Services of the Army, belonging to the Information and Knowledge Management structure. Third: rest of the military personnel of the Information and Knowledge Management structure of the Army. Fourth: rest of military personnel assigned to the Army. With equal requirements and priorities, seniority will prevail. Those who are entitled to free tuition and do not pay any type of fee are excluded from this financial aid. Aid cannot be requested by staff who plan a change in administrative situation or a mission abroad during the completion of the Master's Degree. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of scholarships for the completion of the Master's Degree in Process Management for Digital Transformation for professional military personnel of the Army, reflected in the Strategic Subsidies Plan of the Ministry of Defense for the period 2024-2026, Defense Order 13/2024, of May 20. For this, aid will be granted whose purpose is to cover the costs of the first registrations for the master's degree, to provide the Army with qualified personnel to occupy technical positions in process management and promote digital transformation. The master's degree will be taken at the International University of La Rioja and is registered as an official degree recognized in the Registry of Universities, Centers and Degrees of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. Third. Regulatory bases: Approved by Defense Order /1432/2023 of December 22, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships for the completion of the Master's Degree in Process Management for Digital Transformation, published in the Official Defense Bulletin no. 2 of 02, January 2024. Fourth. Amount. The financial award is 17,000 euros, with a maximum aid per enrolled student of 3,400 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other data. The completion of the master's degree will be without prejudice to the service, although those designated will be authorized to be absent from the destination for the purpose of taking the exams and their attendance will be considered an act of service. The time dedicated in person or online to the execution of the mandatory Master's practices will also be considered an act of service, without the right to compensation. Incompatible with any other subsidy, aid, income or resources for the same purpose. Applications will be formalized by interested parties according to the model in Annex I of the call. This presentation will be made directly by the interested party, who will be responsible for ensuring that it is done within the established deadlines. Interested parties will submit their application, with the attached documentation, through the Defense Messaging System (SIMENDEF) addressed to the Secretary General of the Training and Doctrine Command and the Deputy Director of Education of the Army, specifying in the Subject: Master in Process Management for Digital Transformation.
