All private subsidized centers that teach primary education, compulsory secondary education and post-compulsory secondary education during the 2024/25 academic year will be able to participate in this call. The centers will be able to form groups of students from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 25, according to the modalities indicated in point 3 of article 3. Second. The purpose of this order is to convene and regulate the application procedure for the selection of private, subsidized centers of the Autonomous Community of Galicia to participate in the training program in digital competence. Summer camps will be held in the summer vacation period of the 2024/25 school year. Third. Organization of activities 1. Management and organization of activities will be carried out through duly qualified companies, coordinated for this purpose by personnel from the Ministry of Education, Science, Universities and Vocational Training. The company or companies will take care of two material and human resources necessary for its development, as well as contracting the appropriate insurance policy to cover the attendees. The company is responsible for the equipment and installations. 2. The educational centers will send to this department a list of participating students in each queda. 3. The selected educational centers will request and keep the authorizations for participation in this activity in both countries, nais or legal guardians of the students, second or model that are provided for this purpose before the start of the activity. 4. Families will be responsible for organizing the transportation of students to the educational center where the activities will be carried out, as well as their pick-up at their auction. The Ministry of Education, Science, Universities and Vocational Training and the educational centers will not assume the expenses derived from these damages. 5. Dining service is not included; It will be the educational center that determines the organization of the time of eating (such as that the students brought food from home and that it does not require any type of conservation or refrigeration). 6. The students will be accompanied by professionals linked to the contracting company, whose level of digital competence is required to participate in the program during the development of the activity. This staff will be responsible for the correct participation of their group in the activities, as well as for monitoring the students during their stay at the center. 7. The educational center will be in charge of organizing the opening and closing of the facilities. 8.
