Call for subsidies on Sports Promotion Year 2025

Official description of the call

Extract from Agreement No. 6 dated 03/28/2025 of the Local Government Board of the Sagunto City Council, which calls for subsidies for the Promotion of Sports for the year 2025. BDNS (Identif.): 823573 In accordance with the provisions of Articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio Primero. Beneficiaries: In accordance with the Second Base of the Regulatory Ordinance, the following will be considered beneficiaries: a) For Line 1, beneficiaries may be natural persons and legally constituted Sports Entities that participate in federated competition and meet the requirements established in the second section. b) For Line 2, legally constituted sports entities that promote sports practice, are considered of general interest and meet the requirements established in the second section may be beneficiaries. c) For Lines 3 and 4, beneficiaries may be associations or non-profit entities legally constituted and registered in the corresponding public registry, which carry out actions and training projects of a sporting nature or that promote the integration of diversity groups through physical activity and sport, provided that said actions, projects or programs have sports purposes and are carried out in the Municipality of Sagunto and meet the requirements established in the second section. Second. Purpose: Promote sport by carrying out sports activities in the field of federated competition, development of sports projects that translate into the organization of events of this nature, training activities of a sports nature and projects that promote the integration of diversity groups, complying with the conditions established in this call and in the regulatory Ordinance. Third. Maximum total amount of budgetary credit allocated to this call: €239,700.00. Room. Regulatory bases: Ordinance approved on November 24, 2015 by the Full City Council.
