JUV CALL FOR GRAFFITI AND STREETART DESIGN AWARDS FOR CONDITIONING OF BUILDINGS AND SPORTS FACILITIES

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. They can also be consulted at http://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans and on the Cartagena City Council website, www.cartagena.es. The Youth Department of the Hon. Cartagena City Council convenes, within the framework of the activities of the Graffiti and Street Art Service, the public call aimed at the presentation of artistic proposals for the conditioning of buildings and sports facilities of the municipality, the bases of which are the following: PARTICIPANTS Graffiti or StreetArt design artists from 16 years to 35 years old may submit to the call, individually or collectively, naming a representative. Minors must prove parental consent. SPACE Individual or collective projects must be capable of being carried out in the municipality's sports facilities, and the applicant must define whether the implementation of their project is indicated for outdoor or indoor space. PRESENTATION OF PROJECTS Participants may present a maximum of two works, which will be evaluated by the Selection Committee and in which the theme related to sports will be assessed. The projects presented for selection must be unpublished. DOCUMENTATION TO PRESENT: ¿ Digitized image to present (with the characteristics established in the previous point) ¿ Brief description of the work ¿ Photocopy of the D. N. l. of the participant or representative of the group. APPLICATION PRESENTATION MODE: 1.-Electronic certificate through the Calls and Awards process that can be accessed from the following link: https://cartagena.sedipualba.es/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=10720 2.- In person, by appointment, at the following registry offices on working days: Auxiliary Youth Registry. ¿ General Registry Office of the City Council of Cartagena ¿ Decentralization Offices in Neighborhoods and Provincial Councils (OMITAS) of the municipality of Cartagena. SUBMISSION DEADLINE The project submission period will be twenty calendar days from the publication of the bases on the municipal bulletin board. SELECTION The works presented will be subjected to a selection process by a Selection Committee. The maximum number of projects selected will be ten. The selected projects can be executed in the spaces assigned by the City Council, for which a detailed budget for the selected mural will be requested from the artists. BUDGET ALLOCATION On the other hand, the budget allocation will be TWO THOUSAND EUROS (€200 for each of the selected proposals)
