Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Collaborating entities Private financial entities with legal personality and full capacity to act, validly constituted, that meet the following requirements may be collaborating entities: • Have commercial offices open, at least, in the town councils of more than 20,000 inhabitants of the four Galician provinces. • Having collaborated in the financial management of the Xunta de Galicia in the last two years. The collaborating financial entity will act on behalf of the granting body for all purposes related to the subsidy, delivering and distributing public funds to businesses participating in the program. Second. Purpose The purpose of the collaboration is the delivery and distribution of aid from the program to stimulate and encourage consumption in retail stores in the Autonomous Community of Galicia through the Activa Comercio vouchers. For these purposes, the appropriate collaboration agreement will be signed with the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration, according to the model that appears as Annex I of this order. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of aid from the program to stimulate and encourage consumption in retail businesses in the Autonomous Community of Galicia through the Activa Comercio bonuses will be published together with the call for the program. Room. Economic compensation The economic compensation in favor of the collaborating entity for the costs of starting up, monitoring and controlling the Activa Comercio bonus Program is €90,000.00, financed from budget application 14.06.751A.480.1 of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The maximum deadline for submitting applications will be five calendar days counted from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
