Official description of the call

Object, conditions and purpose of granting the subsidy: to promote, awaken and stimulate artistic and literary creation, and promote the promotion and habit of reading, and the social use of the language of the Valencian Community in all sectors. Applicants or beneficiaries: in general, those who meet the requirements of the third base may acquire the status of beneficiary person or entity. Regime for granting this subsidy: competitive competition regime. Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them: they are included in the third base of the call. Assessment criteria: they are included in the sixth base of the call. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of l'Eliana as well as the regulatory bases of subsidies of the City Council of l'Eliana (BOP of Valencia no. 29 of 9/2/2024) Budget Credit: 4,200.00 euros charged to budget application 9019/3342/48900, of the current municipal budget. Instructing Body: subsidy management area that corresponds to the Administrative Services of the Culture area. Collegiate body for evaluating applications: evaluation commission provided for in the sixth base of the call. Body that holds the power to grant this subsidy: Mayor's Office Application submission period: June 2 to 27, 2025 Resolution period: six months Means of notification or publication: The resolution of this competitive competition procedure will be motivated and interested parties will be notified by publishing it on the City Council's notice board, on the municipal website https://www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones Nature of the resolution of the grant or denial of the grant of subsidy: final through administrative means. Form of justification of the subsidy granted: no additional justification is required, based on article 30.7 of the General Subsidy Law. Appeals: against the resolution by which the present aid is granted, which puts an end to the administrative route, an optional appeal for reconsideration can be filed within one month, before the same body that issued the act, or directly the contentious-administrative appeal, before the contentious-administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, within a period of two months counted from the day following its notification in accordance with the provisions of the articles. 10.1.a) and 46.1) of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating contentious-administrative jurisdiction, without prejudice to the use of any other jurisdiction that is considered appropriate.
