EQ_CALL FOR SUBV CITY COUNCILS OF THE PROVINCE OF VALENCIA, WITH A POPULATION OF LESS THAN 15,000 INHABITANTS, INTENDED TO SUPPORT SEXUAL DIVERSITY POLICIES, ESPECIALLY FOR THE LGTBI COLLECTIVE. 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http:/www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans. First: Beneficiaries All municipalities in the province of Valencia with a population of less than 15,000 inhabitants, which submit the application and additional documentation in a timely manner and also meet the requirements established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, will be eligible for this aid. The requesting town councils will be subject to the obligations established in the General Subsidies Ordinance and in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Participation in the subsidy granting process will imply the tacit expression of unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data and its publication, in the terms provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia and in the rest of the regulations for the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the procedure provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, to the town councils of the province of Valencia with a population of less than 15,000 inhabitants intended for the execution of activities to support sexual diversity policies, especially for the LGTBI community. Third: Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are those established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 101, dated May 29, 2017. Fourth: Financing and amount of the activities The amount of the subsidies granted under this call amounts to 350,000 euros, and will be made effective from application 603 23110 46200 of the Expense Budget of the Valencia Provincial Council for 2025. In the event that the total amount of the subsidies granted exceed the assigned budget allocation, the determination of their final amount will be carried out by reducing them in the same proportion until reaching the amount provided for in the call. Fifth: Submission period The deadline for submitting applications and the additional documentation required will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia.
