Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary Entities. Private entities with legal personality, that are non-profit, legally constituted and registered in the corresponding official records and that have included among the purposes of their statutes or constitutional document, the protection of the environment or environmental education, either in a generic way or in any of the aspects that can be understood to be linked to it for activities and projects to be developed in the area of Castilla-La Mancha. Second. Object. Call, under a competitive competition regime, for the year 2025 the aid provided for in Order 90/2022, of May 3, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for environmental education activities and projects promoted by private non-profit entities of Castilla La Mancha, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, number 92 of May 13, 2022. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 90/2022, of May 3, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for environmental education activities and projects promoted by private non-profit entities in Castilla La Mancha. Room. Amount. The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies will be €120,000.00, charged to budget item 23050000 G/442E/48000, of the general budgets of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha for 2025. The total amount of the subsidy may reach up to the total cost of the activity, and may not exceed €6,000.00. Each applicant entity may be the beneficiary of a single grant. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Others. The actions subject to subsidy must be carried out between January 1 and November 15, 2025.
