Official description of the call
First. Object: The object of the call, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies approved by R.D. 887/2006, of July 21, regulates the holding of a raffle with prize giving in order to encourage the participation of older people in the leisure and free time activities of the Manises City Council during “Senior Week 2025”. Second. Financing: The prizes will be awarded from budget application No. 23,112-22,699 “Various expenses for activities for Seniors” for the year 2025, in the amount of €1,474.00 Third. Regulatory Bases: This call is governed by the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Manises City Council, initially approved in an ordinary session on October 28, 2021, its final approval being published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOPV) on January 11, 2022. Fourth. Beneficiaries: People who meet the following requirements may participate: - Be a beneficiary of the Platinum Senior Card of the Manises City Council. Those who, meeting the participation requirements established in this section, are subject to any of the causes of prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiaries established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, will not be able to participate in this call. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Applications will be submitted through the Senior Department of the Manises City Council in accordance with Resolution 1182 of May 8, 2025.
