Autorización de la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Valencia en su sesión ordinaria de 4 de abril de 2025 para la concesión a ENCOM GAMES, S.R.L. de una subvención nominativa para el desarrollo del programa Valencia Game City 2025.

First. Beneficiary ENCOM GAMES, S.R.L. is an SME whose objective is the development and exploitation of content and events in the video game and electronic sports sector, carrying out activities to create synergies to improve the competitiveness of associates and participation in national and international forums, as well as workshops. work days and any type of activity to share learning and improved business practices that contribute to the achievement of the entities' objectives. Second. Object The object of the granting of this nominative subsidy to ENCOM GAMES is the development of the València Game City 2025 program, where public-private cooperation is necessary and where public bets must be aligned based on clear needs of the business sector that surrounds us and with the focus of maximizing the local impact and national and international attraction of new projects, events or investments. An innovation program that seeks to place València in the leading role of the video game and Esports industry, aiming, among others, to - Consolidate the unification of the ecosystem in València Game City - Promote the La Harinera space as a face-to-face hub - Connect with other sectors of activity (tourism, health, industry, education) - Connect with city challenges and encourage citizen participation - Promote internationalization - Close alliances with partner companies - Increase the impact and repercussion in media Third. Regulatory bases The agreement that includes the regulatory bases has been published on the corporate website of the CV Foundation for Strategic Promotion, Development and Urban Innovation and can be downloaded through the following link: 220404-Convenio-ENCOM-VGC-2025.pdf Fourth. Amount The amount of the nominative subsidy awarded amounts to €150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand euros), to be contributed by the CV Foundation for the Strategic Promotion of Urban Development and Innovation to ENCOM GAMES, S.R.L., charged to the entity's 2025 budget. Fifth. Other information The duration of this Agreement will be from the date of its signature and until December 31, 2025, its effects being retroactive to January 1, 2025. For the purposes of justification, partial justifications are allowed, as long as the technical and economic report corresponds to the purpose of the subsidized program, with an indication of the activities carried out and the results obtained. A maximum of a partial justification will be allowed every two months. If partial justifications are not made, the maximum justification period will be one month from December 31, 2025. However, prior to payment of the subsidy, ENCOM GAMES will have to be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the AEAT, the Valencian Tax Agency and Social Security, providing the corresponding certificates that corroborate this condition. This subsidy is compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any national administration or public or private entity, from the European Union or from international organizations. The justification will be carried out by means of a supporting account with the provision of proof of expenditure corresponding to the year 2025, which will contain, in accordance with article 29 of the General Ordinance of the Valencia City Council, and with the requirements that said article indicates: - An action report justifying compliance with the conditions, with an indication of the activities carried out and the results obtained. - An economic report justifying the cost of the activities, which will contain the corresponding documentation detailed in said article. - Due to the compatibility of this subsidy with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, where applicable, the supporting account must contain a detailed list of the other income or subsidies that have financed the subsidized activity, indicating the amounts and their origin. The maximum period for justification will be one month, starting on December 31, 2025, the end date of the execution of this project. ENCOM GAMES will proceed to reimburse the aid granted or reduce it, with reimbursement of the amounts.
