2025 subsidies to local entities for the operation of the Equality and Gender Violence Offices (Line I), according to the call contained in Decree 38/2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the subsidies to local entities for the operation of the Equality and Violence Offices is published. Gender and Psychological Care Points and the first call is approved. Line I: Subsidies to local entities for the operation of the Offices of the Network of Equality and Gender Violence Offices, corresponding to the call whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Call and object. The call for line I of subsidies is made for local entities in Extremadura to finance the operation of the Offices of the Network of Equality and Gender Violence Offices, created by Law 8/2011, of March 23, on equality between women and men and against gender violence in Extremadura, during the years 2025, 2026 and 2027. Covering from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2027, both included. Second. Beneficiaries. The following entities may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies for the operation of the Equality and Gender Violence Offices, Line I, provided that they meet the requirements established in article 4 of this Decree to obtain said condition: a. The associations of municipalities of Extremadura where the Equality and Gender Violence Offices are located, which for this call are those listed in Annex I of this Decree. b.Municipalities that have an Equality Office and have a population of more than 20,000 inhabitants, which, for this call, according to the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics, are those listed in Annex I of this Decree. The beneficiary entities may not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary provided for in article 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are those contained in Decree 38/2025, of May 13, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to local entities for the operation of the Equality and Gender Violence Offices and Psychological Care Points and approves the first call. Room. Financing and amount. The total amount of aid called for this aid line amounts to €7,425,000.00, and will be financed from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024, approved by Law 1/2024, of February 5, on the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024, and automatically extended for the year 2025. Its application must be carried out in the terms of the Order of February 6, 2025, which establishes the conditions and criteria for the application of the extension of the General Budgets of the Community of Extremadura for 2024 in the financial year 2025, being attributed to the budget application 02101 / 253A / 46000, with the following breakdown by projects and Annuities: Budget Application 02101/253A/46000. FF. TE25006001 Project 20190446 "State Pact against Gender Violence. Annuity 2025: €545,000.00 Annuity 2026 €545,000.00 Annuity 2027 €545,000.00 Budget application 02101 / 253A / 46000. FF. CA Project 20070400 “Office to prevent Gender Violence”. Annuity 2025: €1,930,000.00 Annuity 2026: €1,930,000.00 Annuity 2027: €1,930,000.00 TOTAL CALL FOR APPLICATIONS LINE I: €7,425,000.00 The amount of the subsidy to finance the expenses derived from the operation of the Equality and Gender Violence Offices will be a fixed amount for each of the three annuities of this call, determined as follows: - For each community, in which two Equality Agents will provide their services, the amount per annuity will be €66,000. - For each municipality with a population between 20,000. and 40,000 inhabitants, in which two Equality Agents will provide their services, the amount per annuity will be
