Resolution of March 3, 2025 of the Secretary of State for Health, which calls for the granting of financial aid to private non-profit and state-level entities, for the implementation of supra-community programs on addictions in 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Private non-profit entities at the state level that are legally constituted and duly registered in the corresponding national registry, and whose statutes state both their private nature and their lack of profit-making purposes, as well as the state scope of their action, and that are not covered by the assumptions provided for in articles 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose Call for financial aid, on a competitive basis, to private non-profit entities, at the state level, for the development of programs in the field of addictions that affect the territorial scope of two or more Autonomous Communities. The programs may not consist of interventions at the individual level or direct attention to users, and must have objectives and activities that require centralized planning, management and evaluation and transcend the compartmentalization in autonomous territorial areas to be effective. Those programs that consist of activities whose effectiveness is limited to the scope of a single Autonomous Community, even if they are carried out in several of them, will not be considered eligible for subsidization. Third. Regulatory Bases Order SCO/3670/2007, of December 4, published in the BOE of December 15, 2007, which establishes the regulatory bases for the call and granting of financial aid to private non-profit entities at the state level for the implementation of supra-community programs on drug addiction. Room. Amount The total credit available for this call will be 999,490 euros, which will be allocated to budget items 26.18.231A.481 and 26.18.231A.482 of the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs. In addition to the amounts provided for in the previous section, the financing of the subsidies may be increased with the extension of an additional amount in application 26.18.231A.481, in accordance with the provisions of article 58, section 2a), 4 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, with a maximum amount of €4,299,490, the effectiveness of the additional amount being conditional on the availability of the credit as a consequence of the circumstance indicated above. In any case, in the event of extension of the credits, after processing the corresponding expenditure file, without the need for a new call, the credits finally available will be published in the Official State Gazette, prior to the granting resolution, without such publicity implying the opening of the period to submit new applications, nor the start of a new calculation of the deadline to resolve, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. The program or programs for which a subsidy is requested must necessarily be submitted within said period. Sixth.
