Extract from the JG agreement of May 8, 2025, in which the call is approved for the granting of dining aid aimed at students residing in aggregated nuclei in the Noguera region and schooled in their own municipality, academic year 24-25

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries The person who must carry out the activity that promoted its granting or who is in the situation that legitimizes its granting will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidy. Beneficiary requirements. The students who are beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements: - Submit the application (Annex 1) with the documentation determined by these bases. - The aid request will be signed by the parent(s) or guardian(s) to whom custody of the student corresponds. - The student must be enrolled in an educational center in the Noguera region, respecting the school map and attending, therefore, in the reference center determined at all times by the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia. - Be registered, at least 3 months before the publication of the bases to access the subsidy in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida, in the aggregate nucleus of a municipality in the La Noguera region. The student must reside in an aggregate nucleus of a municipality in the Noguera region, scattered farmhouses or in an EMD in a municipality in La Noguera. The residency criterion always refers to the urban center in question. This will be accredited by means of a registration certificate. - Not have debts for the school cafeteria service corresponding to other courses or to the course started, if applicable. - Use the dining room service daily, with the exception of illness or other similar causes, duly justified. - Having submitted the application for school cafeteria aid from the Lleida Provincial Council to the school. These requirements must be met at the time of application submission and during the subsidized period. Modification of these circumstances may lead to the revocation of aid. The continued absence of a student beneficiary of the dining service, without justified cause, will result in withdrawal from the service. Reinstatement to the aforementioned service requires prior written justification of the reasons that led to the withdrawal from the service. People who meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Second: Purpose The purpose of these bases is to establish the criteria, regulation and procedure for the granting of individual school meal aid for students from the Noguera region, with compulsory education, enrolled in public centers who must travel to a public educational center in the same municipality. These students must reside in one of the aggregated centers of the Noguera region, scattered houses or in an EMD in a municipality of La Noguera. Third: Regulatory bases At the Government Meeting held on May 8, 2025, the regulatory bases for individual school meal aid aimed at students residing in aggregated nuclei of the Noguera region and schooled in their own municipality of residence, financed with public funds for the 2024-2025 school year, were initially approved. These will be submitted to public information on the notice board of the electronic headquarters, on the website of the Regional Council, in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Lleida number 90 of May 14, 2025. If after the public exhibition period no allegation is received, the bases will remain definitively approved. Fourth: Amount The budget credit to which the aid regulated in these bases is attributed will be a maximum of €39,100, for the entire 2024-2025 school year, and will be applied to budget item 32600.4801.400 non-mandatory school cafeteria added nuclei. Fifth: Application submission period Once the call is opened, the period to submit the application will be twenty business days from its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida. The submission of applications in this call will imply full acceptance of these bases. The submission of the aid application implies authorization to the Consell Comarcal de la Noguera to obtain, through the corresponding administrations, the identity, residence, economic and/or benefits data of the applicant.
