Official description of the call

Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Vilablareix City Council of April 3, 2025, calling for subsidies for entities and/or associations of Vilablareix, under a competitive competition regime. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First.- Object of the call Subsidies intended to promote projects and/or activities of public or social interest developed by civic, solidarity, entities or associations, educational, youth, sports and/or cultural activities of the municipality of Vilablariex. Second.- Budget credit and amount The maximum budget that will be allocated for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be 35,000 euros charged to budget application number. 341.48000 Subsidies for entities from the 2025 budget Third.- Recipients Entities or associations that meet the following requirements will be eligible for these aid: -They are non-profit entities and are legally constituted as entities or associations in the Registry of Associations of the Generalitat of Catalonia. In the case of sports entities or associations, it is necessary that they be registered with the General Directorate of Sports of the Generalitat of Catalonia. -That they are entities registered in the Registry of entities of the Vilablareix City Council. -That they have their registered office in the municipality and their scope of action in the municipality of Vilablareix. -Have sufficient means and capacity to carry out the projects covered by this aid and guarantee compliance with the objectives set forth therein. -That they are not in any of the cases that prevent them from being considered beneficiaries, in accordance with what is established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies. Be up to date with your tax obligations, with Social Security and the Vilablareix City Council, or prove your exemption. Fourth.- Award criteria The assessment criteria are defined in the specific bases approved in a plenary session on January 23, 2025 and published in BOP number 29 of 02/12/2025 and in an extract in the DOGC number 9363, dated 03/04/2025. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications begins the day after the publication of this call in the BOP of Girona and will end within 20 business days. The applications, which must be sent using the standardized form available on the Vilablareix City Council website (www.vilablareix.cat), must be submitted to the General Registry of the Vilablareix City Council and/or in any of the forms provided for by current legislation. The documentation specified in point 6.2 of the Regulatory Bases must be provided. Sixth.- Deadline for subsidy justification The Local Government Board of the Vilablareixi City Council must issue the corresponding final resolution within a maximum period of 6 months counting from the day following the date of publication of the call; which will be notified individually to the applicants within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of adoption of the agreement. Seventh.- Appeal regime The resolution agreement of the call will put an end to the administrative route, and a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious Administrative Court of Girona, within a period of two months counting from the day following its notification. Alternatively and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the Local Government Board of the Vilablareix City Council, within a period of one month from the day following its publication.
