FREE CONCURRENCY SUBSIDIES REGARDING CITIZEN PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOLINA DE SEGURA FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. Non-profit Neighborhood Associations of Molina de Segura that are legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Molina de Segura, and that meet the requirements required in these bases, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to allocate subsidies to promote the initiative of Neighborhood Associations in neighborhoods, districts and urbanizations, in carrying out the activities listed below and facilitating their operation: Activities intended for neighbors whose purpose is to promote citizen participation, associations and volunteering. Activities of a training, cultural and social nature. Activities that encourage the participation of neighbors. Activities that promote coexistence and social cohesion of neighbors. Activities that strengthen Neighborhood Associations and the realization of their goals and objectives. Activities that encourage volunteerism and social values. Inter-association actions in zone meetings. Activities that complement the actions of the Department delegated in Citizen Participation. Operating expenses and basic maintenance of the Neighborhood Association. Including expenses for the purchase of equipment and inventory materials, which are necessary for the operation of the Neighborhood Associations and the implementation of their activity plan, up to a maximum of 40% of the subsidy received. Third: Regulatory bases. General regulatory bases for the call for subsidies and awards from the Molina de Segura City Council for the year 2025 (Pleno_Sesión_Extraordinaria_01/28/2025). The subsidies will be granted from budget item 11 9240 483 0301 “Citizen Participation Transfers: AA.VV.”, provided for in the municipal expenditure budget for the year 2025, for an amount of €50,000.00. Fifth: Deadline and place for submitting applications. The applications, together with the necessary documentation, will be presented by electronic means, as established in articles 14 and 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or using any of the means established therein, within a period of 20 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the BORM. Sixth: other data.
