Official description of the call

SUMMARY Mayor's Resolution No. 65 dated June 5, 2025, which calls for early birth subsidies for the year 2025, through the competitive bidding procedure. TEXT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and in the electronic headquarters of the Secastilla City Council. The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 839413. First. Beneficiaries. The following will be eligible for the subsidies from this call: — People registered in the municipality with at least 5 years of experience with one of the parents. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to help defray the expenses involved in the birth or adoption of a child. Promote the settlement of the municipality's young population to fight against aging and depopulation by stimulating birth rates in the municipality. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the City Council of Secastilla in matters of Birth, approved on September 7, 2023, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 173, dated September 12, 2023. Fourth. Amount of aid. The aid granted will be paid, in accordance with budgetary regulations, in the year 2025, in which the spending commitment will be acquired. For this reason, the budget application and amount indicated below have been enabled, in accordance with the estimate of credits for the year 2025: Year Budget application Amount 2025 9200.48204 €1,000 This maximum total amount is estimated, since it is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of resolution of the concession. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, for cases where the birth/adoption has occurred prior to this publication. For the rest of births or adoptions, the period will be 1 month from the causative event; as stated in article 6.2 of Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application: — Documents that prove the personality of the applicant. —Responsible declaration that the applicant does not have any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. — Birth or adoption certificate. — Third Party File. In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present them, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued.
