Call 2025 for the granting of aid to promote employment, entrepreneurship and the modernization and consolidation of businesses in Andoain

Official description of the call

The Local Government Board, by delegation of the Mayor's Office, in a session held on June 6, 2025, approved the 2025 call for the granting of aid to promote employment, entrepreneurship and the modernization and consolidation of businesses in Andoain. Therefore, this call is announced. . a) Organization: Andoain City Council. b) Department that processes the file: Economic Promotion, Employment and Youth. Purpose and regulatory bases To carry out the call for subsidies aimed at promoting employment, entrepreneurship and the modernization and consolidation of businesses in Andoain during the fiscal year 2025. The Ordinance regulating the bases that establish the granting of aid for the promotion of employment, entrepreneurship and the modernization and consolidation of businesses in Andoain was approved in its plenary session on August 4, 2023 and modified in a plenary session on February 26 2025. The full and definitive text was published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa on September 27, 2023, and the amendment to the ordinance was published on May 14, 2025. The total amount of the subsidy provided for in this call is €90,000.00. These credits are approved and reserved in application 1.0800.471.241.00.01.2025 (659) of the 2025 budget of the Andoain City Council: This call includes 5 subsidy lines with the following financial allocation: a) Aid for the creation of new businesses, to support new business initiatives that generate employment and to promote the transmission and/or continuity of Andoain's businesses: 20,000.00.- € b) Aid for the recovery of unoccupied commercial premises at ground level (street level) in Andoain and for the occupation of jobs in the coworking space of the Martin Ugalde Cultural Park: 15,000.00.- € c) Aid for the digital updating of professionals, businesses, associations and companies in Andoain: 30,000.00.- € d) Aid for the modernization of commercial establishments in Andoain, through improved accessibility: 10,000.00.- €. e) Aid to promote an ecological, sustainable and fair transition of professionals, businesses, associations and companies of Andoain: 15,000.00.- € In the event that the budgetary credit is exhausted in any of the aforementioned lines, remainders from another line may be used to subsidize, where appropriate, requests that cannot be attended to from the first. Deadline for submitting applications Once the announcement of the call is published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, the deadline for submitting applications will be open until October 31, 2025. Aid resolution procedure. The applications will be evaluated and resolved by the Mayor or body to whom he delegates, according to the order of the applications submitted, duly completed and accompanied by the required documentation, in each subsidy line, until the financial resources allocated to them are exhausted. A single resolution will be issued with the applications submitted until October 31, 2025. Against this resolution that puts an end to the administrative route, interested parties may file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Donostia-San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following the publication of this announcement. However, if they so wish and prior to the contentious-administrative appeal, individuals may present, before the Mayor's Office of this City Council, an Appeal for Reinstatement, within a period of one month counting from the day following the publication of this announcement in the BOG. It will be deemed rejected one month after it was submitted without receiving any notification. If you choose to file the appeal for reconsideration, you will not be able to file a contentious-administrative appeal until it is expressly resolved or it has been dismissed due to silence.
