The object of this call is the regulation of the procedure for granting subsidies, through competitive competition and a single call, of the Area of Social Inclusion, Social Prevention Unit (UPS) of the Provincial Council of Huelva for the total or partial financing of programs and actions to promote healthy lifestyle habits as well as the prevention of behaviors related to the consumption of legal drugs (tobacco, alcohol, psychotropic drugs), illegal drugs (cannabis, cocaine, etc.), and with non-substance addictions such as gambling, and the misuse of TRICO (Relationship, Information, Communication and Leisure Technologies) as well as those related to other youth leisure alternatives. 2. Projects that receive any type of subsidy or aid from any Area or Service of this Provincial Council of Huelva, for the same purpose, may not be subsidized by this call. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva (BOP No. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in point 2 of the call). Beneficiaries. 1. This call is aimed at private, non-profit legal entities, associations and federations that present projects to be developed in the province of Huelva. 2. These associations and/or federations must prove that they are legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry. 3. The same applicant may only receive aid for a single project. (See more in point 3 of the call). Temporal scope of activities. Applicants may present, within the framework of this call, their participation or organization of activities that take place from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Those projects/activities that are started and/or developed outside of this period will not be subsidized, excluding those that do not meet this requirement. Total budget and budget application. 1.
