Call for applications in 2025 to grant aid for renting housing to young people between 18 and 35 years old in the municipality of Getaria. Article 1. Purpose and requirements to be met. The purpose of this aid is to subsidize young people between 18 and 35 years old, both inclusive, who have a rental home for their habitual residence in the municipality of Getaria. The processing and granting of the subsidy will be carried out in the terms established in the Ordinance, among citizens who meet the requirements established in article 4 of the Ordinance: - Only rental expenses from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 will be taken into account. 2025, already paid.- The rental contract must have a minimum duration of one year.- Does not agree with the aid from Gaztelagun: this aid is incompatible with the Basque Government subsidies, according to the Basque Government rule of December 18, 2018. In the case of applications from individuals who share housing, but do not form a family unit (for example, a flat with friends): - The total aid of 250 euros per month will be distributed proportionally between applicants.- By annual income: — 28,000.00 euros gross per year (if there is a single applicant). — 35,000.00 euros gross per year (if there are two or more applicants). - Annual gross €: —0-15,000: 75%. —15,000.01-21,000: 55%. —21,001 to 28,000: 35%. — 28,000-35,000: 20%. Applications that are in any of the following situations will not be beneficiaries of the subsidy: - Officially protected housing for public promotion, including those valued.- For tourist purposes.- Subleases.- Room rentals (right of habitation).- Premises without habitation authorization used as housing.- Rental housing included in the Bizigune program.- Contracts of less than one year will not be admitted.- To the programs of another Department, Administration or Municipal Autonomous Body, according to their nature or purpose. Article 2. Budget item and allocation. The total amount of the subsidies to be granted in this call amounts to 9,000.00 euros, which will be made in item 2200.480.152.00.01 "subsidy for the promotion of rentals for young people", of the General Budgets of the Getaria City Council for the year 2025. Article 3. Documentation to present and deadline. — Documentation: the application form for this call can be collected at the City Hall entry register or on the website www.getaria.eus. The application must be accompanied by the documentation listed in article 9 of the general bases.— Deadline for submitting applications: 15 business days from when it is published in the BOG, without taking into account applications made after that moment. If, once the requests made have been analyzed, it is necessary to correct the documentation, this will be extended by another 10 business days. — Place of submission of applications: applications can be requested in person at the reception of the City Council or electronically (B@k-Q, electronic DNI, Izenpe card) from the website https://labur.eus/OqT1U through a Single General Application. Also in other places established by Law 39/2015. Article 4: payments. — Payment: the payment corresponding to the 2025 financial year will be made in two payments, the first in this call and once all the documentation has been justified: at the end of December 2025. — Period to justify: in the first semester corresponding to the 2025 financial year, the rental expenses will be justified. In any case, the amount paid based on the receipts justified in said period. ** For example, a person who only has rental expenses from March 2025 until today must contribute their rental payments. — Accrediting documents to be presented: all the documents to be presented will be those listed in article 9 of the general bases, in addition to those that the city council can obtain ex officio (such as the registration certificate).
