Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call for aid is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database. National Subsidies Data (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid under a competitive competition regime and periodic call aimed at promoting participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, encouraging the incorporation of new operators in the quality regimes, as a means to improve the situation of producers in the value chain; framed within the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 of Spain (PEPAC), Intervention 7131 “Cooperation to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products”. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. The status of beneficiaries of this aid will be those farmers, who are owners of agricultural holdings registered in the Registry of Holdings of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Sustainable Development, who begin their participation in one of the eligible quality regimes listed below: a) Denominations of Origin or Protected Geographical Indications: DOP Ribera del Guadiana. PDO Dehesa de Extremadura. PDO Queso de la Serena. DOP Ibores Cheese. DOP Torta del Casar. PDO Monterrubio Oil. DOP Gata Hurdes. PDO Paprika from La Vera. Jerte Cherry DOP. DOP Cava. DOP Honey Villuercas -Ibores. ¿PGI Beef from Extremadura. IGP Meat from Ávila. ¿PGI Lamb of Extremadura. DOP Jabugo. PDO Guijuelo. DOP Acehúche Cheese. IGP Goat of Extemadura. IGP Cow from Extremadura. DOP Villuerca Ibores Jara Oil. b) Organic Production. c) Quality Standard for meat, ham, shoulder and Iberian loin. d) Quality regimes under Transitory National Protection: Protected Designations of Origin and Protected Geographical Indications with transitory national protection, whose territorial scope includes some municipality in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases. The subsidies called for by this resolution are regulated by Decree 75/2023, of July 12, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is made for the 2023 financial year. (DOE no. 146 of July 31). Room. Amount. These aids will be financed from the budget application 120020000 G/341A/47000 FR23773100, project 20230385, with an initial budget allocation available to cover the payment of the aid of forty thousand euros (€40,000.00) that will be borne by the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year. 2026. The expenditure corresponding to this aid is 75% co-financed by the European Union, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 of Spain, Intervention 7131 “Cooperation to promote participation in the quality regimes of agricultural and food products”. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of this call resolution and the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, Subsidies from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Sixth. Other information The aid will be 100% of the eligible costs in the tenth resolution of this resolution. The total aid granted may not exceed the maximum amount of 2,500.00 euros per farm and year, for a maximum of 7 years.
