Extract from the Approval of the Call for subsidies for discretionary non-obligatory school transportation for students enrolled at the Joan Maragall School and the JV Foix Institute for the 2025-2026 academic year First. Beneficiaries. People who meet the following requirements can apply for aid: Be enrolled in the Second cycle of the Early Childhood Education stage and any cycle of the Primary Education stage of the Joan Maragall School or in Compulsory Secondary Education of the J.V. Institute. Foix Be a user of discretionary, non-mandatory school transportation That the income of the cohabiting family unit does not exceed the economic limits marked in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to assume totally or partially the expense that the cost of transportation to the J. Maragall and JV Foix schools entails for families who have limited financial resources. The subject of this call is the school transportation expenses for the 2025/2026 academic year. It is a condition of this call that the beneficiaries' right to collection is transferred to the Regional Council of Vallès Occidental, provider of the non-obligatory school transport service of the Joan Maragall School and the JV Foix Institute. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for subsidies for non-mandatory discretionary school transportation for students enrolled in the Joan Maragall School and the JV Foix Institute were published in the BOPB on January 5, 2015 and have been modified and approved in the municipal plenary session on March 30, 2023 and published in the BOPB in the final phase on June 14, 2023. Fourth. Amount. Total amount: €68,000 Aid will be awarded through competitive competition. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 10 business days from the last publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona and the full text in the Electronic Headquarters of the Rubí City Council. Applications submitted before the deadline begins will not be accepted for processing. This does not exclude the right to resubmit within the deadline.
