Resolution dated June 25, 2025 of the Vice Presidency of the Municipal Sports Board of the Almería City Council, which approves the call for "ALMERIA DEPORTIVA" subsidies for the promotion of sporting activities and events 2025

Official description of the call

BDNS (identif.) 842738 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/842738) First- Beneficiaries: The following may benefit from the subsidies of this call: a) The clubs and sports sections registered in the Andalusian Registry of Sports Entities of the Junta de Andalucía, with registered office in the municipality of Almería and registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Almería City Council. b) Sports Federations to carry out activities that can be framed within a collaboration program and when the project they present is developed in the municipality of Almería. c) Non-profit associations exclusively for carrying out sports activities for people with physical, mental, sensory or mixed disabilities, or at risk of social exclusion, in the Mod C modality). Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of the LGS and 5 of the General Subsidy Ordinance will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies. Second - Purpose: This call is intended for non-profit social entities and institutions with registered office in Almería, that develop sports projects in the municipality that may be competitive, educational, informative or for the development of sporting events of different levels. Third- Regulatory Bases: The Bases that must govern the public call for the granting of subsidies to Sports Entities for the 2025 financial year of the Municipal Sports Board of the Hon. Almería City Council, will be those approved in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Almería City Council and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 142 of 04/24/2024 Fourth- Amount: The amount of the maximum amount of the Call amounts to the amount of €300,000 Fifth- Deadline for Submission of Applications: Fifteen (15) calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería, carried out through the National Subsidies Base (BDNS). However, when the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. Applications submitted outside the established deadline will not be admitted for processing. Sixth. Other information: Subsidy applications and their subsequent justification will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized annexes of the 2025 call, which are published on the PMD WEB page https://almeriaciudad.es/tablon-de-anuncios?type=All&area=32
