Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans and on the page http://www.comunidad.madrid. First.- Beneficiaries Local entities, their autonomous bodies or their companies or public business entities dependent or linked and the associations of municipalities of the Community of Madrid may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, which have among their tasks the promotion of employment or the development of vocational training for employment and that provide offers from the Spanish Vocational Training System in accordance with the provisions established for grades A, B and C in Title VIII of Royal Decree 659/2023, of 18 of July and in article 7 of Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23. Training entities will have to be accredited in the Registry of Vocational Training Entities for Employment of the Community of Madrid. When they request training actions in virtual mode (teletraining), the accreditation obligation will be understood to refer to the State Registry of Training Entities. The training entities requesting a subsidy must not be subject to the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and must have, within the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, training centers accredited in face-to-face mode, and centers accredited for the virtual mode (tele-training), provided that the specialties require the presence of the students at some point. Second.- Purpose A general line of subsidies aimed at municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants for the financing of professional certificates, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, will be convened for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, taught in face-to-face, virtual (tele-training) and semi-face-to-face (mixed) modalities, to be carried out by local entities. Third.- Regulatory bases The bases that regulate the granting of subsidies to finance the provision of professional certificates, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, of the vocational training system are included in Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, published in the BOE number 239, of October 5, 2022. Fourth.- Amount Credits will be allocated to finance this call. budgetary amounts that will be allocated to program 241A-Training for employment, subconcept 46200, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2025, financed by the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. The maximum amount for this line of subsidy is estimated at €5,400,000.00. The amount of the subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of training hours, by fifteen students and by the amount of the economic module set for each training action. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid until July 31, 2025, inclusive.
