Official description of the call
Beneficiaries: natural or legal persons who promote the works or actions as owners, tenants, usufructuaries or holders of any other legal title of a similar nature admissible by law, in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/17 do not occur. Purpose: Financing the execution of works and actions aimed at improving the accessibility and state of conservation of existing residential buildings and commercial premises in Vilafranca del Penedès. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases of the subsidies that will apply to the General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Municipal Plenary on October 18, 2022 and published in BOP no. CVE 202210140208 of October 28, 2022 and the Strategic Subsidy Plan approved by the Local Government Board on September 20, 2022 and published in BOP no. CVE202210130909 of October 3, 2022 and those regulating aid subsidies to improve the accessibility and state of conservation of residential buildings and commercial premises in the municipality of Vilafranca del Penedès, approved by the Municipal Plenary on February 28, 2025 and published in BOP no. CVE 202510039595 dated March 4, 2025. Amount: €120,000.00. Deadline for submitting applications: starting the day after the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB) and ending on October 30, 2025 or earlier if the budget application is exhausted. Applications will be directed through the specific procedure created for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Vilafranca del Penedès City Council (http://seu.vilafranca.cat/).
