Subsidies for carrying out activities within the Aragonese network of performing spaces 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b. and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans), on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://www.dphuesca.es/subvenciones-cultura) and in the bulletin board of the DPH electronic headquarters (https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/). First. Beneficiaries: All the Town Councils of the Province of Huesca, which are owners, tenants or have, by any other legal title, a scenic space intended specifically for the celebration of cultural activities, may participate in the Aragonese Network of Stage Spaces (WEEE). For these purposes, the following will not be considered a stage space: Pavilions, multidisciplinary sports centers, multipurpose rooms and similar spaces. The performing spaces will have the following characteristics: - minimum capacity of 200 seats, including spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility (wheelchairs and similar). - stage with a minimum of 7 meters wide and 5 meters deep. - warehouse for materials. - cabin with equipment, or sufficient space in the seating area for the placement of light, sound, projection, etc. tables. - dressing rooms equipped with tables, chairs and mirrors with light for makeup. Second. Purpose: Granting aid for carrying out activities within the Aragonese Network of Performing Spaces (WEEE) in the year 2025, with the aim of promoting stage and music activity with professional and quality criteria in the province of Huesca. Third. Regulatory bases: General Ordinance that approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Huesca. Room. Amount: The Huesca Provincial Council will contribute a maximum of 95,000.00 euros to this program. This amount has the necessary budget allocation for its execution under budget application 2024.45.3340.462300 (Document RC 9334/2025). The annual activity projects of the City Councils participating in the WEEE program will be co-financed by the Provincial Council of Huesca up to 35% as follows: a) The amount planned to meet the stable municipal stage programming, provided for in section Sixth.B) of this call, will be co-financed by the Provincial Council of Huesca up to 35% with a maximum eligible budget for stage programming up to 60,000 euros. The maximum eligible budget for stage programming is established at €60,000 b) The amount planned to attend to the complementary cultural projects, provided for in section Six. C) of this call, will be additionally co-financed up to 35% of its cost. The maximum eligible budget for the complementary cultural project is established at €10,000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information: The subsidy will be compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, as long as the sum of all does not exceed the cost of the activity.
