TALENTIUM COMPANY. CALL FOR SUBSIDIES DIRECTED TO LOCAL COMPANIES IN MUNICIPALITIES LESS THAN 20,000 INHABITANTS FOR THE HIRING OF TALENT

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. Private companies and self-employed workers, with a work center located in one of the following 91 municipalities in the province of Jaén with less than 20,000 inhabitants, who carry out the eligible action provided for in article 3, may apply for subsidies under this call, as long as they are registered on the “TALENT BANK” platform. Groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, civil societies or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, lacking their own legal personality, nor those persons registered in the RETA as a collaborating family member of a self-employed businessman, may not apply for these subsidies. The other requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary and the regime of prohibitions are those established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the aforementioned Law. Specifically, persons or entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Beneficiary status may be obtained for a maximum of 5 grants within this same call. Likewise, to obtain the status of beneficiary, compliance with the conditions stipulated in other subsidies that, if applicable, have been previously granted to the beneficiary by the Employment and Business Area of ​​the Provincial Council of Jaén will be required, provided that the deadlines established for this have expired. Second: Object of the Call. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies by the Provincial Council of Jaén, aimed at private companies and self-employed workers, who join the "TALENT BANK" network and who hire on an indefinite basis, job seekers who are registered in any municipality in the province of Jaén, mainly participants in any of the editions of the Comunidad de Talento Jiénnense, Talentium Jaén and Jaén+ programs. Third: Regulatory bases Bases for execution of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Jaén for 2025 (B.O.P. number 250, of 12/30/2024). Fourth: Amount. A minimum of 20 subsidies are called with a maximum amount of TEN THOUSAND EUROS (€10,000.00) for each person hired, distributed according to the criteria detailed below: CRITERIA FORMULA AMOUNT Up to €700/month for permanent, full-time hiring, minimum 6 uninterrupted months and up to 12 subsidy. 700€/month up to a maximum of 12 months Up to 8,400€ Improvement 1: If the person hired is registered in a municipality with less than 20,000 inhabitants. + 1,000 ¿ Up to 1,000 ¿ Improvement 2: If the hired person has participated in a Talent Community within the Talentium Company program + 600 ¿ Up to 600 ¿ MAXIMUM TOTAL Up to 10,000 ¿ The maximum amount to be received by the same beneficiary in this call will be 50,000 ¿. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will be from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, sent by the National Subsidies Database, until October 31, 2025, without prejudice to its insertion on the website of the Provincial Council of Jaén. Applications submitted outside the aforementioned deadline will not be accepted. In the event that the available credit of the call is exhausted before the aforementioned deadline for submitting applications ends, a Resolution will be issued ending it and the Official Gazette of the Province will be published and on the website of the Provincial Council. Sixth: Other data of interest. Execution period: The execution of the project to be subsidized will coincide with the first 12 months of the work contract that is formalized. The employment contract may be less than 12 months, as long as the effective contract has a minimum period of 6 months. Contracts formalized two months prior to the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette will be accepted.
