Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. Public entities, including local entities and corporations, or private non-profit entities that carry out the activity that bases their granting or are in the situation that motivates their granting may be beneficiaries of subsidies intended to finance TándEm experiential employment and training program projects, in accordance with the provisions of article 32.1 of Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, 2021. Second: Object. This resolution aims to approve the call corresponding to the year 2025, in the exclusive scope of the City of Melilla, of the subsidies intended for the financing of projects that are developed within the framework of the TándEM experiential employment and training programs, as well as the Promotion and Development Units that collaborate in their preparation, support and evaluation, provided for in articles 30 to 35 and article 86.1.b), respectively, of the Royal Decree. 818/2021, of September 28, which regulates the common employment activation programs of the National Employment System. Third: Regulatory Base. The subsidies subject to this call are regulated in Order TES/1077/2023, of September 28, which establishes, within the scope of the State Public Employment Service, the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies intended for the financing of active employment policy programs provided for in Royal Decree 818/2021, modified by Order TES/234/2025, of March 7. Among these programs are the experiential employment and training programs and the Promotion and Development Units that have been developed in the Annex of the aforementioned ministerial order, with references P03 and P15.b), respectively. Fourth: Amount. The subsidies provided for in this call will be financed from the corresponding funds provided in the Expenditure Budget of the State Public Employment Service, charged to budget item 19.101.241B.485.03 up to two million three hundred ninety-six thousand three hundred eighty euros (€2,396,380) for the year 2025. Fifth: deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the “Official State Gazette”.
