Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions for the granting by the Eibar City Council of subsidies aimed at attendance at official sports championships and competitions of an extraordinary nature outside the Basque Autonomous Community carried out by sports entities of Eibar, during the year 2025. Travel to competitions held outside of Spain will not be subject to subsidy. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Non-profit sports clubs, entities or associations that meet the following requirements may access these subsidies, provided that they do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the LGS: a) Be classified to participate in an official sports championship and/competition of an extraordinary nature outside the Basque Autonomous Community. b) Be registered in the Registry of Sports Associations and Entities of the Basque Government. c) Be attached to at least one Gipuzkoan territorial sports federation, or to a Basque federation in the event that there is no territorial federation of the modality whose purpose is its promotion or practice. d) Be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Eibar City Council. 3. Subsidy amount €30,000 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to obtain subsidies, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will begin on September 1 and end on September 19, 2025 (both inclusive). Subsidy applications must be made electronically through the municipal website, www.eibar.eus. To carry out the procedure electronically, it is necessary to have a digital certificate (B@K-Q, electronic DNI, IZENPE card, etc.).
