Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call for aid is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid under a competitive competition regime and periodic call for information and promotion of agricultural and food products in quality regimes in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, as a means to promote and support the quality regimes recognized by the Union and by the Member States, as well as their use by farmers, within the Strategic Plan of the CAP 2023-2027 of Spain (hereinafter PEPAC), Intervention 7132 "Cooperation for the promotion of agricultural and food products in quality regimes.” Second. Beneficiaries. Groups or organizations of agri-food producers, non-profit associations, and instrumental entities that are constituted as a management body of quality figures for agri-food products, which cooperate with each other for the information and promotion of agricultural and food products covered by eligible quality regimes, will be beneficiaries of this aid. Members of a cooperation group cannot be members of another cooperation group that has received financial support for the promotion of the same quality regime. Each promotion project must be presented by at least two beneficiary entities which must present a binding document duly signed, which sets out the terms under which the cooperation is carried out. The quality regimes for eligible agricultural and food products are listed below: a) Denominations of Origin or Protected Geographical Indications: ¿ DOP Ribera del Guadiana. PDO Dehesa de Extremadura. PDO Queso de la Serena. DOP Ibores Cheese. DOP Torta del Casar. PDO Monterrubio Oil. DOP Gata Hurdes. PDO Paprika from La Vera. Jerte Cherry DOP. DOP Honey Villuercas -Ibores. ¿PGI Beef from Extremadura. ¿PGI Lamb of Extremadura. DOP Acehúche Cheese. IGP Goat of Extremadura. IGP Cow from Extremadura. ¿ DOP Villuerca Ibores Jara Oil b) Organic Production. Third. Regulatory bases. The subsidies called for by this resolution are regulated by Decree 79/2023, of July 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the promotion of agricultural and food products in quality regimes of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is made corresponding to the year 2023. (DOE no. 168 of August 31). Room. Amount. These aids will be financed from the budget application 120020000 G/341A/47000 FR23773200, project 20230386, with an initial budget allocation available to cover the payment of the aid of six hundred thousand euros (€600,000.00) which will be borne by the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. of the financial year 2025, with the following breakdown by annuities: • Annuity 2025: €0 • Annuity 2026: €600,000.00 The expenditure corresponding to this aid is 75% co-financed by the European Union, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 of Spain, Intervention 7132 “Cooperation for the promotion of agricultural and food products in quality regimes.” Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of this call resolution and the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, Subsidies from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Sixth. Other information The aid will be 70% of the eligible expenses, and may not exceed the maximum amount of 130,000.00 euros per beneficiary and call, and may be received for a maximum of 7 years.
