PROGRAM TO PROMOTE AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYMENT IN ANDALUCIA AND EXTREMADURA IN ALMERÍA - PROJECTS GENERATING STABLE EMPLOYMENT

Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries. Local corporations or entities dependent on or linked to a Local Administration belonging to the province of Almería that have sufficient technical and management capacity to carry out the corresponding project. Second. - Object. Subsidize salary costs and business contributions to Social Security corresponding to the hiring carried out by Local Corporations of unemployed workers, preferably temporary agricultural workers, for the performance of works of general and social interest, whose purpose is to guarantee an income supplement through the distribution of available employment, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Royal Decree 939/1997, of June 20. Third. - Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the following provisions: - Royal Decree 939/1997, of June 20 (BOE no. 150, of June 24, 1997) - Royal Decree 357/2006, of March 24 (BOE no. 83, of April 7, 2006) - Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28 (BOE no. 233, of September 29, 2021) - Law 3/2023, of February 28 (BOE no. 51, of 03/01/2023.) - Law 38/2003, of November 17 (BOE no. 276, of 11/18/2003). - Order TES/1077/2023, of September 28 (BOE no. 233, of September 29, 2023) - Resolution of April 17, 2024, of the General Directorate of the State Public Employment Service. (BOE no. 95, of April 18, 2024) - Resolution of April 12, 2004, of the State Public Employment Service (BOE no. 116, of May 13, 2004) Fourth. - Amount. The total amount assigned to the province of Almería, ratified by the Provincial Monitoring Commission, amounts to €10,832,492.96. Of this amount, €1,785,000 will be used to subsidize projects of the Stable Employment program. Fifth. - Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be from September 1 to September 26, 2025. Electronic processing will be mandatory in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. The subsidy application will be submitted to the electronic headquarters of the State Public Employment Service (https://sede.sepe.gob.es) by completing the section established for this purpose, along with all the documents that must necessarily accompany it, implying the consent of the interested party to receive all communications and notifications that are made throughout the processing of the electronic file through said electronic headquarters and at the email address indicated therein.
