Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Legal entities that are legally constituted as a non-profit entity or cooperative, with presence and headquarters in the city of Lleida, that carry out specific and specific actions in the city through activities that promote social cohesion, citizen participation and sustainable development, may be beneficiaries of this aid, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the requirements detailed below:▪ Be a non-profit entity or cooperative.▪ Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities (RME) of the Lleida City Council and have updated data at the time of opening of the call. The concurrence of these requirements will be referred to and accredited at the time of submitting the application. application, by presenting the documents indicated in clause 10 of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. The object of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, payment and justification of the subsidies granted by the Lleida City Council, through the Department of Participation and Civil Rights, intended to finance specific and specific actions organized by non-profit entities or cooperatives that aim to promote and disseminate social cohesion, the culture of citizen participation and sustainable development and that are carried out in the city during the year 2025.Third. The amount that will be allocated for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be ten thousand euros (€10,000), charged to budget application 06.9240.48901. Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than said budget allocation. The amount and percentage of the subsidies awarded will not exceed, in any case, 80% of the total cost of the subsidized activity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the date of publication of an extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), and will end on September 15, 2025.
